Payment methods
Payment in cash
Calculation is possible only in the national currency (Ukrainian hryvnia). You can pay for the order at the courier service branch or the courier (for delivery to the address) at the time of receiving the order.
The cost of such a service at Nova Poshta is 2% of the order + UAH 25

Data transfer is carried out over a secure channel using modern encryption methods, while any possibility of interception of confidential information is excluded.

1. Before shipping, all goods are checked and insured for the full value. Upon receiving the package, you need to check the product in the delivery service department in the presence of an employee. In case of an incomplete set, lack of goods or lack of documents (buyer’s invoice), it is necessary to draw up a certificate of non-conformity. If the packaging is damaged, or mechanical damage is detected on the product, you must refuse the parcel or file a claim with the delivery service. The delivery service compensates the damage caused if it was caused by its fault.

How to return or exchange a product that did not suit you?
Have you bought a product, but realized that it does not suit you for some reason? Don’t worry, you can always contact us for an exchange or return.
Returns and exchanges are possible subject to the following conditions:
Undamaged packaging;
The goods were not in use;
Product appearance and consumer properties are preserved;
Complete set saved.
How to return the product if you found a factory defect during the first use?
Not every problem can be detected during a superficial inspection. If you discover a defect after accepting the order, it can be returned. For this, you need to contact the managers of the online store, we will process your request and solve it as soon as possible.
